LEAD PA’s Ready to Manage 101 program is a multi-day, cohort-based FREE & VIRTUAL training for anyone interested in working as a staff member for a competitive electoral or policy-change campaign.
These trainings cover the fundamentals of running a compliant and effective advocacy effort. With insights from professionals from across the progressive community, graduates leave these trainings with necessary tools needed to mount a successful operation.
Ready to Manage 101 Dates
This accelerated training spans 2 weeknights, covering Campaign Foundations (Night 1) & Direct Voter Contact (Night 2)
Tuesday - January 27, 4:00-8:00PM
Wednesday - January 29, 4:00-8:30PM

Ready to Manage 201 trainings are invitation only, for experienced campaign managers and field directors.

Both trainings are by invitation only, for experienced Campaign Managers.
At the conclusion of either training program, you will receive a certificate indicating that you have completed all modules for Ready to Manage, 101 and/or 201.
